Shelf life varies by product, but you can find a printed “donate by” date on the packaging of each item. On average, items last 3-5 days in the fridge. Keep in mind that we don’t use preservatives on our items, so you can expect them to last about as long as regular produce does. Items with cooked veggies (like many of our bowls) can stay fresh for 5 days or more. Check each item's description page on the website for individual shelf life. Once received, please make sure to refrigerate your products as soon as possible to ensure they maintain freshness!

Food safety is a critical piece of our business and we pride ourselves on the daily precautions taken to deliver the highest-quality products. To ensure you can have complete confidence in the safety of your food, our individually-packaged items are always made to Food and Drug Administration manufacturing standards which includes strict sanitation practices. This week and always, we have a full-time team dedicated to meeting these standards.
For the safety of our driver’s we are providing no contact delivery. Your driver will call when they arrive for any specific instructions. If they can’t get a hold of you, they will leave your items outside your door and text to confirm delivery is complete.
No. Your order will be delivered in our temperature-controlled vehicles. Once your order is delivered, please place it in your fridge until you’re ready to enjoy!
Yes! You're able to tip your driver as part of our checkout process when you place your delivery order. Right now, we're not able to add tips after the order has been processed, so if you'd like to tip your driver, please add it in advance.
We don’t offer a subscription service, but it’s something we are considering! Sign up for our email list on the homepage to be the first to know if and when we launch one.
Our orders are delivered in refrigerated vans, but not in insulated packaging. For that reason, it’s important to get it in your fridge as soon as you can after delivery. Many customers choose to provide us with specific delivery instructions so they can still receive their order without being home. For example:
“Please leave my order in the cooler on the front porch”
“Deliver to the side door, my neighbor will pick it up!”
“Leave with my doorman”
