The right sauce or dressing takes a dish from good to great. Unfortunately, they’re also often the component of a meal contributing to the unhealthy, processed ingredients and calories we aim to avoid.
That’s why we make the majority of our dressings and sauces in house, by hand – so we can control what’s in them, using everyday pantry staples and the best ingredients we can find to make better-for-you versions than you might find other places.

Our chickpea garlic sauce is vegan and made from whipped chickpea brine and oil. It’s our version of upcycling – we’re able to reduce food waste by using some of the liquid (that most would typically discard) from our chickpeas. We’re pretty proud of the creamy texture of this sauce, considering it’s completely dairy free.
Our Avocado Lime Vinaigrette is made by hand with 100% fresh avocado and fresh-squeezed lime juice. We added a kiss of agave for a little sweetness, too. It’s low in calories and high in healthy fats.
Our balsamic vinaigrette is simple, but don't be fooled; this is the best balsamic dressing you will ever try! We make ours from scratch using only real, fresh ingredients and veggies (think whole onions and fresh garlic cloves.) We then blend till it's the perfect balance of balsamic vinegar and savory, creamy notes. You really can’t beat that made-from-scratch taste.
Traditional ranch recipes call for processed mayo or sour cream as the base, but we swap this out with our greek yogurt for a healthier, high protein upgrade. Spoiler alert: Healthy ranch can taste amazing too! We make our ranch dressing from scratch with 100% full-fat greek yogurt and fresh herbs and spices. It perfectly complements the heat from our buffalo chicken.
