Chef and restaurateur Bill Kim is the owner and executive chef of urbanbelly in Chicago, author of “Korean BBQ: Master Your Grill in Seven Sauce,” and executive chef at The Table at Crate (Crate & Barrel’s premier restaurant concept). He also has a restaurant in TimeOut Market.
In his downtime, Kim loves nothing more than traveling with his wife to wherever the fish are biting.
